He is also known as the traveling hurricane because every town he comes in contact with succumbs into ruins. Eventually the audience sees this man with the exact specification as Vash "The Stampede," but this one seems incredibly harmless...and lame. Two Bernadelli Insurance Employees meets him finds and eventually follows him around as ordered by their boss. The new formed team then heads out into crazy adventures as Vash's dark past stalks them like a shadow.
